Kelson played a pivotal role in the transformation of a grand residence into St. Anne’s, a private all-girls school in Aurora. Teaming up with Dalton Engineering and Construction, who oversaw the project as the construction manager, Kelson faced the challenge of retrofitting mechanical rooms in a space originally designed for residential use.
