24-Hour Emergency Service
Considered by many to be the best response team in the industry, Kelson Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any mechanical emergency. A single phone call provides access to qualified technicians and service vehicles with state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring the fastest possible resolution of the problem and a minimum of downtime and disruption.
Facility Management
We bring our commitment to exactitude to all of our service and maintenance activities. Our Service team is able to handle all preventative maintenance, including continuous energy monitoring and benchmarking to ensure costs and usage are well within expectations.
We can train facility operators on effective maintenance techniques, and we can identify when a retrofit may be more beneficial than continued repairs. Our energy experts provide sustainable energy management services, and we’re fully versed in the ongoing needs of LEED Certified facilities.
If appropriate, we place full-time support personnel (and the necessary tools) directly in the facility to perform systems operation and maintenance. They remain employees of Kelson Service, but report to and take direction from site staff.
