This project comprises of multiple areas of work. There is demolition, concrete reinforcing, structural steel, site services and painting of the existing arena structure. A new rink surface, electrical services, major interior finishes and special construction. Before it is finished there will be site improvements and landscaping. The mechanical comprises of complete retro fit of the chilled water, heating, domestic and ventilation systems required to facilitate an Olympic size arena. The addition  equipment are as follows  a new 200 ton Chiller complete with a   Calmac Ice tank, two new Lochinvar boilers, two 20,000 CFM dehumidification AHU’s, and four additional makeup Air Units.  All had to be completed in a very tight time frame to accommodate the requirements of the Senators.
