Kelson mechanical highlights: Mechanical systems for the hotel level 4 to 15th floor, including all drainage, water lines and all plumbing fixtures. This included tie in to existing plumbing lines at hotel. HVAC system for hotel including Chilled Water and Heating Water. Installation of Air Handing Unit – 26 include for accepting delivery, off loading and hoisting to roof and start-up of units. All mechanical systems for the Arena, including testing and balancing. Complete BAS control system, integrated automation, and insulation and firestopping.
