Mechanical Systems

This was a design assist project with TMP for the Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. The job consisted of 2 parking garages, an arena (for shows) and the Casino (1,146,100 sq ft).  Kelson was responsible for the entire mechanical scope of the project including testing during construction, start-up, verification, performance, system operation manuals, maintenance and data manuals. Also, the Building Automation Systems (BAS), Air Handling Units, Chilled Water, Glycol Heating and Cooling, Heat Pumps, Heat Pump Water system, Domestic Water and Sanitary, Storm Water, Roof Top Units and Associated Distribution, Exhaust Fans, Indoor Air Quality, Package DX Air Condition Systems and Testing and Balancing to protect the safety, health, welfare and comfort of the occupants.
