Tenant fit out of a shell space, covering 3 levels, located in Hamilton, ON. The project will consist of clean room lab areas that will be constructed with prefabricated panels/ceilings. The finished space will have lab space on Levels 1 and 3, along with staff offices, meetings rooms, washrooms, and cafeteria throughout. The fit out will utilize building services from the existing property district energy system for Heating, Cooling, Potable Water. New Lab Gasses will consist of Liquid Nitrogen, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide, and Clean Compressed Air.
Mechanical Systems
Kelson will supply and install the mechanical systems from the base building tie in points to our multiple tenant mechanical rooms located on Levels 1, 2, and 3. Kelson will be responsible for the following systems; Potable Water, Chilled Water, Hot Water Heating, Sanitary Drainage, Process Drainage, Process Lab Gasses, Steam Humidification, Ventilation, and Natural Gas. Ventilation scope is a combination of connecting to the base building make-up air units and individual recirculation air units for the various clean rooms. The above will be installed within an aggressive construction schedule.
