Etobicoke Olympium Centre

The Etobicoke Olympium was renovated and improved for the Toronto 2015 Pan Am and Parapan Am Games, when it was used as a training site for swimming, water polo, diving, and synchronized swimming. Renovations included improvements to the existing Olympic-sized pool and dive towers, as well as replacement of major mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems.
Mechanical Systems
Kelson's mechanical scope included the following:
- Install new air handling systems within existing building (units built onsite inside the mechanical rooms)
- Refurbish two existing air handling units
- Upgrade existing controls
- Install new boiler
