Construction Manager for Allied Properties REIT’s Queen Richmond Centre West Phase 2 development. This project is located within the Entertainment District in the City of Toronto. The site is an “L”-shaped lot located at the south-west corner of Peter Street and Queen Street West. The site is currently occupied by a three-storey commercial building and a surface parking lot to the rear. The existing façade at 381 Queen Street West is to be retained and restored in place. The proposed structure includes a terraced seven-storey mixed-use development containing retail and office uses and a mechanical penthouse level. The below grade and ground floor will be retail with the remaining six storeys designated as office use. A pedestrian bridge will link with property to the south, Queen Richmond Centre West Phase 1, with connections on every floor from three to seven, inclusive.
